Some cars are simply never taken.

Aegis protects a small number of significant cars. We don't publish what we do, where it sits, or who moves when something happens. We publish the outcome. So far, that has been enough.

Membership

What membership actually means.

Six things every member receives. How each one is achieved stays between us and the people who own the cars.

The car is never alone

Garage, valet stand, transporter, paddock, storage. Wherever it sits and however it travels, someone knows it's there and whether it should be. You will not be the last to find out.

Always attendedEvery member

Minutes, not mornings

Something happens at three in the morning. People are already moving before your phone is in your hand. The distance between an event and a coordinated response is the entire point.

Response24/7

A network, not a subscription

Investigators, transporters, marine and freight contacts, and law enforcement liaisons across forty-two countries. Once a car is flagged, that network does not stand down until it is home.

A reputation that travels

The people who take cars like yours are organised, patient and well informed. They know which cars come back. That knowledge protects a member's car long before anything else has to.

DeterrenceEarned

Silence as standard

We don't name members, publish vehicles, or describe our work in public. Not on this page, not in a brochure, not to anyone who calls and asks nicely. Members receive the full briefing. Nobody else does.

DiscretionAbsolute

A complete history

Every journey, every transporter, every set of hands the car passes through — recorded and sealed. Provenance for the day you sell it, and something far more useful on the day you need it.

Why we exist

Built after the wrong phone call.

In 2019 a client's 993 left a locked garage in Surrey and surfaced eleven days later, in a container, three countries away. It came home. What we learned chasing it changed everything: the people who take these cars are professional, unhurried, and completely unbothered by anything you can buy in a shop. So we stopped selling equipment and built a network instead.

01

We publish nothing

What we do isn't described here, and that is deliberate. The less that can be studied, the less there is to plan around.

02

An alarm asks for help

It asks a car park to care. Aegis asks no one. When something is wrong, people who are paid to act are already acting.

03

Few cars, on purpose

Membership is capped and vetted. We take a small number of cars so each one gets a network rather than a login.

It left a hotel garage in Milan on a Friday. I made one call. I never had to make a second one, and it was back before the weekend was over.

I stopped buying alarms years ago. What I buy now is the answer to one question, and the answer has never once been that nobody knows.

They ring me before I've noticed anything. Twice it was nothing at all. The third time it wasn't, and I still didn't have to do a single thing.

Answers

Before you
ask us.

We are deliberately brief in public. Members get the long version, in person.

Speak to a member advisor

We don't answer that in public, and we never will. Members receive a complete briefing after acceptance, in person. Everyone else — including anyone reading this page about a particular car — gets this paragraph. That isn't evasion. It's most of the value.

Modern and classic performance cars, single vehicles or whole collections. We consider where the car lives, how often it travels and how visible it is. Some applications are declined — not every car needs us, and not every situation can be protected properly.

You make one call, or none at all — frequently we reach you first. From that moment it is handled. The case is coordinated, the network is working, and a named person stays with you until the car is back. You will not be filing anything alone.

Yes. Members move cars constantly — track weekends, concours, seasonal storage, sale and delivery — by road, transporter, ship and air. Cover belongs to the car, not to a postcode, and nothing needs arranging before you travel.

No. Nothing is visible at a concours, nothing is cut or drilled, and nothing compromises originality or a manufacturer warranty. Cars leave our care exactly as they arrived. That requirement shaped everything we do, and it has never been relaxed.

It depends on the car, the collection and where it sleeps. Most members pay less each year than a single set of tyres for the car in question. Figures are discussed privately once your application has been reviewed.

2026 intake

Apply before you need us.

Applications are reviewed weekly and intake is capped. Tell us what you drive and where it sleeps. If we're the right fit, a member advisor will contact you within two working days.
